Being confident in reaching you GOAL

Self-confidence is the most important type. It what allows a person to go towards his goal or goals in life. Usually when a person is confident to reach his goals, it means he trust  his knowledge and his judgment in that topic. Being confident gives a person a push to go towards the goals of his life.

One thing that I recently discovered that a person should be  fully insistence and  sometimes stubborn in reaching his goals or he will have hard times in reaching his goals and he will almost be wasting many years of his life without trying to reach his goals even if they were clear and simple for him.

Having confidence in yourself is a great thing because it shows to others that you are really ready to do the thing that you want to do, such as, if a person wants to study even if he is older than his classmates in many years and he still shows up there, he goes to the lessons then he will learn new topics but if he did not have confident in his self then anything that could happen in the class will affect him such as if he answered a question in a wrong way, he might get disappointed by himself and he might thing others are criticizing him, but in reality when he has a strong personality it means he will be confident most of the times and he will go after the certificate he wants or his goal with OUT letting anything interfere with his decision or stops him from reaching his goals.

Inspiration Schedule

There are some days a person may feel  he do not want to do anything that has hard work or it takes long time to finish but whenever a person starts to be lazy, he won’t finish any big tasks. Each person needs a unique way to get in working, productive mode. I want to share with you the way that I feel it bests suites me:

I make a daily schedule on my phone  to help me be inspired or more productive and I write to do list usually in the morning ( when I wake up ) or before I go to sleep. I found this helpful tip on a video in the internet. After I get my breakfast I try to finish my to-do list for the day.

Here is an example of how the schedule could be like:

1. Be creative

2. Check blog post

3. Exercise

4. Go to take  photos

5. Read something important, new and inspiring

6. Mind and body care

Its fine even if I did not finish all the tasks that I had put but at least I did some of them till the end of the day. I think I saw another video on the web the idea was I give myself points at the end of the day as I finish each task. ( I really liked that idea, I want to try it soon. )

Brains are not in smartphones

In these days most people have bad memory, such as they have hard times remembering phone numbers, dates because they usually put this information on their phone. Phones and smartphones are good and useful but a person should remember to really use his brain, he should not a lot depend on his phone if he needs to do a specific task or no. In the past people used phones just to make calls and they do not store the numbers on the phones, that is the reason people used to have a better memory.

Most of the times if a person do not have a good memory for just a while, it means he has something bothering him in his life or it took over his thoughts but if a person have a bad memory his entire life, that is properly because he always depends on his phone to see his the things he has to do, such as his tasks, appointments and phone numbers. Smartphones should help people to be more organised not to control their lives. People should be the ones who control phones and smart phones not the opposite.

A person’s memory usually gets stronger if he regularly uses it. He should prevent himself from using his smart phone all of the times. He should also try to live in the real, natural world, such as going to a park. He should not treats his smart phone as his memory or brain, if he did, he will actually have hard times trying to remember the things he has to do or the important dates.
