Most people express themselves easily through talking. There is no one single thing is the perfect way. Each person has the ability to express themselves through different ways some by talking and others by writing.

If you feel you cannot express yourself while speaking, then express your thoughts and emotions on to a paper or on your phone. I always had that problem. When you bottle up your emotions, you may give a huge reaction for a simple behavior and it will cause you to be nervous.

Writing helps me to express myself, organize my thoughts and know exactly what are my emotions. so I always love to express myself in writing. I think I think a person needs to understand himself first, his emotions, thoughts and then he can express himself easily with words.

Indoors beauty

I always enjoy taking care of plants and fish as hobbies but the plants never thrived or just lived long enough although I took care of them. I did not knew why.

Recently I discovered the reason they did not thrive. They were placed at a wrong angle where the sun’s rays do not reach them for enough hours they needed it. When I have changed their placements, now they do have enough sunlight throughout the day and I keep a close look on their health so they thrive.

I noticed having fish and plants help me to wake up excited to start the day because I have to take care of each plant, each fish, learn about them and their maintenance. They also add a natural beauty indoors too. I love having breakfast or any light meal while being with the fish and plants. I also have a window, pigeons can sit on. Usually at mornings I feed the outside pigeons and the fish, plants and then I my turn to eat.

It is really the things people usually say (little things) that count, they really mad a difference in my day specially when I wake up. I thought some of you might like having pets and plants as hobbies and take care of them daily they also keep me busy in a productive way and happy when I see them throughout the day.

Feeling good every day recipe

There are some days a person may have bad times in his life, feeling down and hopeless about reaching his goals or achieving his dreams, a person may feel those feelings for a while, sometimes months.

A person may feel he do not have what it takes for himself to achieve his goals, due to his own feelings, ideas or outside pressure. Sometimes even if a person is strong and stick to his own opinions (most of the times) outside pressure, peer pressure is able to control him, his perception. Such as if he had a goal he wants to reach but everyone around him tells him continually he could not, most of the time he will stop working on reaching his goal and when time passes (months) eventually most of the times he will loose faith in his abilities to reach the goal.

I know a person should not be easily controlled by others but sometimes a person cannot do anything. I love writing and reading. I suggest a person writes his accomplishments, when on his happy and and everything in his life to going good. He writes down his accomplishments so he reminds himself about them and can read them later when ever he needs a self trust boost

With others

Most people think that if they pretend to be interested in a specific topic, it won’t appear to others they are pretending but actually, people do notice.

Similar to creating a character in a story but in real life, a person act or behave as they think how the image in his/her mind could do. I think this is the reason people do not show their true selves.  

In my opinion: When a person shows to others his true self, others will love to spend thier time with him and they will really get to know each other because they can show him their real thoughts too. It could be scary for a person to show others his true self without comparing himself with the idea he has in his mind but it is worth it.

Just discovered: To be interesting to others: you have to be interested in the topic you are talking about.

If you are not interested even if you are showing to the other person the opposite, he will notice in a way or another.

You’r mood is your responsibilty

Sometimes when a person socialize with others their mood effects him. Each person should create is own atmosphere that he likes and feels cosy while in it, at least few hours before night sleep time. I had been doing this method for a while and it really helps me emotionally and makes me feel happier.

Each person no matter where he is or whats are his thoughts and believes, if he is surrounding himself with negative conversations then he will feel sadness or nerves. I am not  saying a person should avoid being with others all the times, but the hours a persons spends in the day are hours that are part of his life, as an example  if he wasted hours in his day he is not being productive nor having fun then he is really wasting times (years) of his life

No matter how busy a person is, he, she should always take some few hours a day to take care of himself by himself only. I usually take some time to myself during the day but I really love taking quality time for myself, few hours before I sleep. It helps me to take care of me self ( my ideas and physically ) In that time I release or let go of all the negative ideas and try to improve myself mentally.  I feel a person is mentally improving means, a person improve or at least try to improve his life style, he/she feel loved and a person is enjoying his own company.

Use your voice

I have noticed some people do not really care to the way they speak in. They keep their voice to the same level throughout the entire speech or conversations. I think that is not a good way to speak. Each person can change his voice such as he could scream in excitement if the thing he talks about is exciting, his audience will most likely get excited with him.

Voice changing in any conversation is similar to writing when using bold, Italic, and underline. It lets the writing be more attractive to others and the lets people pay attention to the important things in the writing. I think conversations should be held similar to that way.

Most of the times if a person speaks for long times (even if a person is with friends and family) if he dose not change his voice tone, or way of speech most likely the topic that he speaks about will be boring to others to hear.

The key is for a person to know when to use which tone of his voice in a conversation.

Sadly, I notice most people do not pay attention to the previous thought while it is very Important and it could be applied to any language a person uses to speak in because it lets the topic or conversation a person is talking about more interesting. Every person or almost every person can make his voice louder or less loud then, he should know how can he use that way to to have other people’s true attention to his words.

(What I meant about; True attention: The kind of attention a person gives to others that he dose not checks his mobile or other things, certainly do not interrupts the other person.)

How did It start?

I love writing very much. I always write down on paper everything, thoughts and feelings even before there was the idea of social media accounts. Then my father told me about Twitter then I created an account for me there. I started to put tweets there and some of them were long tweets ( they took several tweets to get to the idea I wanted to share )

Then my sister suggested that I create a blog to write in it since it does not has any typing ( characters) limit. We made 3  blogs till now ( they are not working now, except this one ) I know most people say it’s better to share your thoughts face to face but most of the times I feel writing or sharing my ideas in writing is better at least for me because it helps me to rearrange and rethink my thoughts and opinions about a specific topic and it lets me be more reasonable.

When I first started writing in a blog, my writing was not perfect nor it is near this article, I meant I was worse and I think I am getting better. Everyone can learn a new skill by observing others and applying to his own life, for me I watched YouTube videos and took people’s point of view in consideration and did my best to let my work of writing be the best it can be in the time it was published in.

I think of writing anything is kind of freedom from anything that might put pressure on me, and sometimes ( not often ) it’s kind of communication. It can be seen as an art, in my opinion, most of the times, it depends on how a writer delivers his thoughts to the readers. I am NOT writings about topics such as news or facts, I meant the articles that have the writer perspective in them.

Happiness can be everywhere

Most people if not every person wants to find happiness. People most of the times think of happiness that comes from big things such as changing the country they are living in. They forget the simple, very important things in life that could bring happiness too, such as hearing water running down from a fountain or bird’s sounds and their beauty. Being with kids, I discovered, the younger the kid’s age is the happier I have become. I think I feel that feeling because I feel happiness is simple,

Happiness can be found in simple  things :

  • Running  water fountain ( small things)
  • Seeing birds or interacting with animals
  • Good weather
  • Flowers and other natural environments
  • Family being safe and happy

Big things: 

  1. Trying to reach a goal.
  2. Getting the results of the actions that you had been doing for the past months, they are the results you hoped for.

My inspiration room experience

I always had an idea that my room is like my whole world because I spend most my day in it that is the reason I always wanted to feel motivated and actually get work done.

I watched videos on the internet about inspiring boards and their effect, I liked the idea but I changed it a little. I did not do as they said ( make an inspiring board ) On 8 October 2018 I had printed quotes from the internet, in Arabic and English languages, since I know both,  to encourage me to do different stuff and have hope, happiness. I had pasted them all over the room’s walls. They are from famous Arabic and English writers, some quotes were from kids movies and there are some quotes from television series that I love, they could be in any category you like.

Since 11 October, because I am reading the quotes regularly when I enter my room I feel hope and happiness and most of the times I have creative thoughts such as writing a new article or better ways to improve my life.

I think the messages that I get from the inspirational quotes on my room walls help me unconsciously to let my brain to think according to the messages that  I had printed and even if the world or my life had sad news, it did not really affect my deep feelings because I know whenever I go to my place I can just read the inspiring quotes on the walls.

I had put separate kind of quotes on different walls, it depends where do I stare usually and at what time of the day I sit in that place, such as under the window ( I usually open the curtains in the morning I have quotes about starting a new day. On the wall behind my desk are a paragraph about writing, goals, hard work and not giving up and beside the rom door is about focusing on new opportunities.

The Moon and Me

I love photography and astronomy very much. I usually think deeply into meaningful things for me while I am alone ( I think most people are like this). It helps me to discover myself more.

My thoughts most of the times state when I look at the Moon and see how far it is and it’s beautiful and that same idea I customize that thought to suit the situation in my head. 

The moon photos night is usually when there is a full moon I love to go outdoors to take photos of the moon. I like everything about it, the weather, nature even if I am in the city. I like to be by myself, thoughts and the Moon. There are some negative feelings that come to me if I am always ( all the time ) with other people. ( I do NOT hate people)

Sitting alone in nature helps me or a person to think about himself, his life, his feelings, and other planets too. It lets me realize I am living in a huge world and there is other concerns or issues in the worlds that does not happen in my life but NOT in a negative way. Most of my worries and problems disappear or I can find a solution for them.
